Steel Structure & Civil Work Design

Steel structure designs mentioned above are produced by using Tekla Software. Our design is created in 3D format. After the 3D design finishes, Tekla Software automatically generates workshop drawings including the bill for required material. Our engineers are skilled in different TEKLA applications, from small and simple projects to big complex delivery.

 

Steel Structure Manufacturing

Hipra's steel manufacturing workshop is equipped with highly sophisticated machines for cutting and processing steel. We use a CNC plasma cutter line for cutting & drilling steel plates. For profile processing, Hipra has CNC machine line. It cuts and drills steel profiles, makes long holes and it's scribbling unit, enables weld preparation (positioning). On both machines, marking units provide, that welded steel parts are clearly marked for easy assemble on site. Other leading machines are CNC universal milling – center (4000 mm working length, 4 axes) for steel parts with strict tolerances and CNC hydraulic press brake (600 tones, 3200 mm working length pieces). All above-mentioned machines together, with plenty accessory machines, make powerful combination for fast truck manufacturing.

 

Electrical & Civil Work Engineering for AIS and GIS Substations

Along with electrical design for high voltage GIS and AIS substations, we create civil work design in this field as well. It consists of the following items:

  • Synchrony plan – bundled civil and electrical layout
  • Foundation design and calculations for gantries lattice towers, supports for electrical equipment
  • Transformer oil pit
  • Cable trenches
  • Maintenance and access roads
  • Surface work & leveling
  • Sewer and drainage systems

By adding architecture of control building and HVAC system, we are covering all parts of engineering required for designing GIS and AIS at high voltage substations.
